Installing a new heatsink (Zalman CNPS9700 NT) to replace the original Dell

Okay.. I've researched everywhere and i know that the Dimension 4700 is an
lga775 socket. So i Bought a new heatsink that was an lga775 and it doesn't

Hi I just took out my heatsink, and at the bottom there is this metal
sheet attached to it at the bottom which is attached to the heatsink by some
type of glue or something. I can peel this sheet off easily, but I was
wondering, am I supposed to keep it on or take it off

So I'm swaping out my old nvidia failed board on my latitude D630 for a
